This will be a future gift for my 6 year old granddaughter. I think she will enjoy this, as she is very creative. I gave this same set to an out of state 7 year old granddaughter, who loved it. She shared on a FaceTime chat some of her creations, of which she was very proud. This is a very kid-friendly set, with well illustrated directions. It is also very compact and easy to mail if needed.

I got this for my 7-year old, who loves making paper anything. It comes with a booklet of instructions and plenty of colorful paper that’s just the right size for the creations. It was still a little too advanced for my child, and the instructions weren’t always great (I had to look online to compete some of them), but I really appreciated the lines and designs on the paper to help. Overall I would recommend, it’s a good kit for kids, but make sure an adult is available to help out, or you may get a frustrated child.

I had a hard time figuring the instructions for the origami. Couldn’t use.

This kit turned my living room into a paper zoo in less than 24 hours. Bright colors, clear folding guides, and kid-friendly designs — my 5-year-old is now convinced they are a “paper animal engineer.” Great for creativity and fine motor skills… and also for making 97 tiny frogs that now live on my kitchen table.

My grandson is very interested in origami, but most instructions are too advanced for him. My daughter ended up making all these for him.

I got this for the pre-teens at the childcare center where I work who are often bored and don't want to participate in group activities with the younger kids. This set is HUGE with lots of square paper (important!) and an instruction guide. The papers are vivid and include designs. I'm not great at making origami crafts, so, the kids need to rely on each other to make something and they've done well following the directions with each other. Some kids get frustrated but others have relished the challenge and if they're not looking for perfection, everybody has had fun. As for me, any time they are off their devices it's win-win.

This is a great gift for young children. The colors are vibrant, the instructions easy to follow. I gave it to a young 11 year neighbor who says she really likes it and plans to make many and sell them to donate to the hospital where she has been cared for.
