You have to try maca powder
I cannot live without maca. It's the only thing that has helped me with PMS and anxiety. Sure beats medicine!!!

Ok stuff
The only problem is have with this powder Isi it doesn't dissolve well in our shake, but we use a shaker instead of a blender maybe that would help

It tastes strong enough that I tend not to finish smoothies I've added it to. Stick to capsules.
