Fat Dad, Fat Kid: One Father and Son's Journey to Take Power Away from the "F-Word"

I'm not sure what to say...it was cute from the viewpoint of being a fan of the Shaytards, but as for it being a health & fitness book, it was basically the same thing said over and over again in different ways...Drink water, workout, etc lol. It was ok but I don't think I'll read it again or recommend it to anyone who's not a Shaytards fan.

I bought this book simply because I am a huge fan of the Shaytards YouTube channel. The book was a fantastic read and quite enjoyable whether you're a Shaytards fan or not. There was a lot of great information regarding creating an active lifestyle for yourself and your family. I highly recommend it.

I Love Shay Buttler I have been watching his Vlogs for a few years now. Hes a great dad and a great husband and overall a great person i am excited to be reading this.When I first started reading this book to be honest I was only reading for the sole purpose that i watch Shaytard vlogs. I wasnt really interested in anything that was going to happen in the book aside from buying it to show my love and support to the ones who got me into youtube. But then i started to read it and then hours went buy I not going to lie i was inspired half of the book i read while drinking Dr pepper my all time favorite drink. (it used to be Coke untill i had kidney stones) by the end of the book im was inspired to do more. I even joined a GYM!!! And mainly because if Gavin a 10 year old can give up what he loves most to change his life then so can i a 29 year old

Christmas present for my Granddaughter, she's been over the moon with the selection of these book's, she tells me they are very good and she has enjoyed reading them. This one has only just become available and was delivered the following day after being published.... hot off the press.The 'craze' to have this selection of books has to be welcomed in a positive light, as it has encouraged my Granddaughter to read them over the last few weeks.

Wow Wow Wow! I have followed Shay and Gavin on YouTube, and have seen what a loving family they belong to. Fat Dad, Fat Kit is an inspirational book that talks about being healthy and positive, but in an achievable way. I laughed, and cried, and nodded my head at the parts I could relate to. An amazing read.

Fantastic book. If you love shay you will love this book. As previous reviews have said it is not all about losing weight and shays words are inspiring from beginning to end. A fantastic read.

Enjoyed every page of this book, I have watched shay and his family for nearly 4 years on YouTube daily so felt a huge connection to his writing. For anyone looking for inspiration here is the boo for you!!Happiness is a choice!!
