Good product, accurate rating and build quality is good tood. Worth the money.

The product is good and has a good memory store of 32 readings. One can measure surface temp or body in °F or °C. The reading is instant and displays a light based warning if the body temp. shows a fever. One needs to read the instruction pamphlet or tinker around to understand how to change the settings. After a bad review, the company reached out to me and offered a new product free of charge. Hence the one star less from 5 Orginal Review (shortened) - "It doesn't work. This is a cheap faulty device - most likely white labelled from a common manufacturer but this company has no quality control. The device drains a full battery immediately upon switching on, the + and - terminal are wrongly marked, changing a setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit is by trial and error and so is turning off the annoying beeping sound and the surface/body setting."

This is a superb quality digital thermometer capable of instantly recording body temperature as well as surface temperature of objects. Easy to use. Color coded display is a great help. I love this gadget and it's accuracy.

I have a got geniune concern about the product and I have highlighted the concern in whatsup and customercare mail id. They were replying initially once I submitted all the proofs for the problem. That's the last time I got reply no one is replying or attending the calls. My product is under warranty period when the complaint raised. Regretting to choose this brand

decent stuff .. light weight and works well .. measures surface and body temp. can change from celsius to farneheit but I am yet to figure out how to do that ;)
