Putting the happy birthday banner together proved to be a lot of work but it ended up exactly as pictured. Colors were bright and beautiful. Balloons are thick and good quality. The paper flower type things are kind of time consuming to make them look decent so give yourself enough time. Very pleased over all.

I purchased this to decorate for my mom's birthday. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the happy birthday. It did not come with the straw to infate them. The wires for her lanterns were poorly made. I will say the balloons were great quality.
