Cable does look like quality. Simply plug it in to the main phone line socket and your good to go. So it's been a while since I've set this extension cable up. The phone line is in a weird place and I had The home phone and the broadband router moved to my office space. The internet speed has dropped a little, about 2-3 mbps. So in general I would recommend this product if you're not bothered by the small decrease in broadband speed. The cable is of good quality, and flat so it sits nicely along the skirting boards.
