Was recommended this supplement because I'd catch severe leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night. After about 2 to 3 days of taking this supplement I stopped getting the cramps. I currently take them maybe twice a week just to be safe. But I no longer get those cramps and can sleep easy now

I tried a couple brands for night leg cramps but they did little to help.then I bought this one and after a couple weeks they stopped have had none since just one pill before bed. my wife was having them also and I bought her some and it has been working great for her to. all people are different but this worked for both of us. great product!

Fast delivery and worked great on my restless legs

After opening this supplement bottle I found out that most of the capsules were only partially closed (meaning that the two parts of the capsule were NOT pushed together to keep is closed. So e were open with the supplement powder all over the bottle. This is NOT how it should be and point to a defect in the manufacturing process and lack of quality controls! I will not buybthis brand again!
