recently purchased the Shan Masala Variety Pack and have been thoroughly impressed with its quality and taste. As a member of a Malayali family, we are always on the lookout for new and exciting flavors to add to our dishes, and this masala pack has definitely delivered. One of my personal favourites is the Korma masala, which adds an incredible depth of flavour even to vegetable/pulses curry. Just a spoonful of this masala takes the dish to the next level and makes it truly unforgettable. In addition to the Korma masala, the pack also includes a number of other delicious blends, such as biryani masala, tandoori masala, and chicken masala, to name a few. Each one brings its own unique flavours to the table, and I have found myself using them in a variety of dishes with great success. Use less than recommended quantity to make it less spicy - it doesn’t affect the flavour unless …,m of course you want it spicy then load it in!
