Even though there were some bad reviews of this product, I decided to give them a shot and take a chance. I'm glad I did. Everything came in the box and went together with ease.There are a couple of blemishes (very small dents in the corner) but they are very inconsequential and only noticeable when you're looking for them. Assembly was very easy (but then, I do have a mechanical mind). Even still, the instructions are reasonably clear and should help even the most mechanically uninclined assemble their whiteboard with ease.

I don't know that this is or is not a reflection of the product itself or the shipping, but the board arrived with a dinted corner and whiteboard surface, a dint in the frame as well as a crease in the whiteboard itself. The frame seemed to go together pretty good, but almost appeared to have been previously assembled, or maybe it was from the tooling that cuts and shapes the frame/stand components. I have sent a message to the seller, but it states to give them 2 days to respond. Depending on how that goes, I may change how many stars.

The stand is too lightweight so the board will wobble while you're writing on it, even after I put weights on the legs. It was decently easy to put together, though, still a pain, but thankfully easier to take apart to return. The whiteboard arrived with small dents across the board and scratches (the scratches likely from shipping, but the small dents were a manufacture defect). Another design error is how you flip the board - you have to unscrew the sides to flip it over, and then screw them tight again to use it, and then unscrew them again to flip it again, and then screw them tight again to use it again, and what? The company offered 25% off, but it still lacked that value.

Probably the worst product I've ever purchased from amazon. Got it, one size had 2 dents in a general cross shape. the horizontal one stretched 3 ft, the vertical one stretched 2 ft. I assembled it. the casters are horrible. One of the locking casters had its lock lever broken. The marker tray was missing. The plastic from the metal tubing had recessed on one of them. Then when the unit was finally assembled, it didn't roll so well. It just feels extremly extremely cheap. Like you got it for $10 at a yard sale cheap. The seller Trombo-pro, the american distribution arm of viz pro couldn't even replace the parts because they said i had ordered through amazon.

Well, I took a chance, rolled the dice on an inexpensive whiteboard and boy did I lose. After tax, $200 bucks down the drain. The first board did not "absorb" ink, so the writing was diluted, so to speak. However, the customer service by the distributor was wonderful. They sent me a second unit promptly and that unit was worse off than the first, having a crease right down the center and also the diluted writing as I mentioned before. They then offered to ship a third. I decided to refuse their offer to send a third unit. At this point, I have to go out of my way and spend more money disposing of these faulty boards and frames, I wasn't about to take a chance on a third board that, due to the high probability of it being faulty, as well.
