Spot Says Please

It is a pleasant book that shows spot and his friends using manners. If you enjoy spot books, it is a nice addition. I think it sets the ground work to talk to your children about manners and my child loves it.

These are great short stories for young children (aged 1-2yrs old) to follow.I imagine they will have a resurgence in our house too when our son begins reading himself too!

The book is simple. Perfect for a 3 1/2 year old.

Gave this as part of a collection for a baby shower gift. My brother was thrilled. He used to love these books as a kid. I was happy to bring him a reminder of his childhood and a way to share his love of these books with his little girl.

Love this little cute “good manners” book. My son loves Spot. I know he does care about the length of a story but my adult critique is I wish the book was just a few pages longer. Other than that, it’s straight to the point.

I used to read the Spot books to the child I was taking care, years ago, as aupair.Somehow I was remembering them more interesting but to my surprise this one is not. My son did not find it interesting either.Not much story to develop on the side either.

Such a sweet and simple board book - a quick read before bedtime for our 15 month old with simple pictures but plenty to point out and talk about.

A great book about manners! Spot loves to say please and thank you all the time. We are trying to get our son to repeat these words too!
