Just ok. Nothing special.
If you’re looking for a short workbook (pages 4-47 are worksheets). This may be a good fit for you. However, you can find workbooks with around the same amount of worksheets for half the price. I try to be as frugal as possible and this book just didn’t hit it for me.The worksheets are dull in design format. The only color on the pages are at the top for the title and the bottom border, it’s the same color throughout. There are no colors on pictures either. The content is good with a decent range of activities from parts of speech, writing practice, story components, spelling, poetry, and letter sounds. But reminds me of having a knowledgeable professor in college whose lectures are unfortunately, so monotonous you fall asleep every class. All in all, I wouldn’t buy it again. If all the books in this series are the same, I won’t be buying them either.

Great Tool!
A great tool to have. Really get to see where your children is academically. You have to really teach them this is not a book to leave them own their own. I felt this was a good guide for me "Im not a teacher". Im using this to challenge and gain. My kiddo is going into the 1st, he is one year behind a grade due to bday. However he is very sharp gets bored due the work not being challenging, the Pandemic 2020 was ruff.. With these books I hope to have him on 3rd grade level across all subjects by the next school year. I bought these in May 2021, along with all the other subjects its been great although my kiddo gets stubborn 😣.Keep it up parents!!🙌

Not worth the money
I orderd four different versions of these DK workbooks and returned them all immediately after opening the package. The books are short (around 40 pages of actual work) and not filled with anything that great. However even if I found the information useful the worksheet pages are coated making them impossible to write on easily with a pencil. I feel like this is more of a “teachers reference” and should be marketed as such.

Great from Practicing Skills
I've been using these books since Pre-K. They are great for additional practice. The pages progressively get harder as you go through the book. My son LOVES receiving his gold sticker at the end of the review.

We love them and got almost all the subjects for each ...
I am a homeschooling mom on a tight budget and the DK workbooks are what I bought for both my girls this past year. We love them and got almost all the subjects for each of their grades. They are great quality books and have bright fun colorful pages. I also love that they give you stickers to put on each page when you have completed that lesson.

Consistent Quality
DK Workbooks are one of our “go to’s” because the learning feels like play to my kids. They stand by their product and are always of consistent quality.

Good for Supplementary work
This book is good as something to add more to a full school year plan, but there is definitely not enough for a whole year of work.

Great for independent work!
We are homeschooled and are using this during our "summer slow down". It's easy for the kids to work through independently. I will look for more titles to purchase.

Ok
Good quality paper. But I thought this book has alphabet tracing.so I can improve my son’s handwriting. But it was my misunderstanding about this book . It is for grade 1 kids ,not for kindergarten. But content is good .
