Returning a great productI measured the dimensions of my two original sunshades and they were the same size as this oneThe original two are 14 and 12 years old each and were used over the years on several carsCurrently have a 2016 Mini Coopee Countrymand and a 2010 Nissan CubeRead tons of reviews and the detail that impress Ed ne was the mention of how sturdy thid $25 item was - just like the ones from over a decade ago (like my situation)However, the new one (albeit very sturdy and well built) does not fit my carsThe scalloped area to accommodate the mirror post was tops shallowMy original ones were each 1.5 inches deeper allowing the shade to be positioned under the mirrorNo matter how much Ifiddled with it, the new one just would not fit between the mirror stem and the base of the windshieldSadly I will return it BUT just ordered a 1.5 inch shorter one ……..

This is a great thick screen. Very ridgid and doesn't sag. I'm in Texas and summer heat is brutal. It really does the job. After a couple of years of this tough climate it will start to degrade and begin sagging and the visors won't hold it up. I just buy a new one. At this price it's hard to beat. Easy use too. The strap with the clip buckle for storage works great.

This fits the windshield of my 2019 Honda Ridgeline well, but it didn’t want to stay up. I started by seeing an extra strap near the rear-view mirror so I could attach the two straps to the visors. But that was a bit too time consuming and kept the screen a bit too far from the windshield. So I ordered large suction cups that perfectly fit in the upper corner holes. That works very well. The interior stays much cooler in the sun. When not in use, the strap and buckle keep the screen folded compactly, and it fits easily under the back seat. I can install it or remove it in about 15 seconds.

I've been looking for a replacement of my current windshield sunshade. This one fits the bill. It is thick and sturdy. I can fold it and comes with a clip to tie it. The provided suction cups are worthless in my opinion. They are flimsy and probably loose suction within a month. Overall, this shade is a bit wider than my windshield on my E350. I would definitely recommend it. Worth the $$.There is a certain way to fold the sunshade such that the flap folds back over and clip easily. If it is hard to clip, you folded it wrong and will destroy your sunshade over time.

PROS:1. No hassle trying to figure out how to fold this thing back down like the ones with the foldable wire. This is quick and easy.2. When you first use it, it will seem too big. To install correctly, you will need to move your seat back to allow you slide the cover at an angle towards where the dash and windshield meets.3. Use your visors to hold in place.4. Nice appearance.5. Easy to fold back up and holds its shape.6. Does a great job keeping the interior of a dark car, with black leather interior, atleast 20° cooler in the Texas heat.CONS:1. Do not use suction cups. They will leave a permanent ring, the silicone will melt and leave a residue on your windshield. Common sense, so this seller should just get rid of this feature.

This is a nice, sturdy shield. Really keeps the car so much cooler, and I love the blue color. This is the one to get !

I ordered this fan-fold sunshade and I love it. It fits the windshield of my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder pretty well, and it looks really nice. There are slight gaps around the rearview mirror, but it's so thick and sturdy that it doesn't sag at all (yet!) or let much light in at the sides. The best part is that it's so much easier to fold than those round wire-edged sunshades that you have to twist and fold! It folds right up and has a convenient strap to hold it together. Also, both sides are reflective, so you don't have to worry about turning it around if you have the wrong side out. So far so good, I hope it stands up to our Arizona heat!

This worked for my 4runner for about a year. I used it consistently for about 8 months a year in a very sunny location. After about 6 months the layers delaminated at the bottom inside causing it to lose its rigidity. That problem makes it hard to keep in place in the windshield. It never fit great well either.

Did the job well

Highly recommended. Good quality construction! I find that it greatly reduces heat buildup inside my car despite it having solar films installed. Nothing beats having the sun's rays blocked out from the dashboard and car interior!
