Health and Fitness Tips That will change Your life by James Atkinson, this is a self-helping book because the author manages to give you everything you need to get your fitness, mindset, and dietary goals. The book is very well written, it has a lot of details, starting with his story and then widening enough to be understood in the first part of the book and in the second part of the book he gives advice about how in a daily manner you can get start first, set your mind, then with a little exercise, then with a minimum change on your diet and so on until you are doing all you need to reach those goals. I find it easy to follow, has a steady pace and a lot of tips to help the reader. It looks so easy to follow that I will give it a try myself, maybe with this kind of help I will be able to reach my fitness and diet goals. Well done Mr.Atkinson.

Another fantastic well written and inspirational book by James Atkinson. Although i have trained for over 20 years a good 50% of James' amazing Health & Fitness Tips i will be adding to my daily routines over the coming months. These small and easy to implement top tips are a perfect way to refresh and refuel your training regime for anyone like myself who has been going through the motions for many years now.This is NOT just a book for the beginner and i would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in health and fitness even if just as a source of inspiration and to give you a new outlook on your training efforts.FANTASTIC, well done James you've kicked my butt yet again, I was up at 5am this morning back to my running again.

Came across this book by accident, and read it in about an hour. Lots of tips for sorting out your head and body and I’ll certainly refer back to it. I like his idea of splitting it into fortnightly segments, with an overall goal of being the best you can one year from now.

What can i say,This book is superb. James has a great understanding of what works and seems to understand the difficulties we all face when trying to achieve our fitness goals. I would highly recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness and motivation.
