I've ordered at least 4 of these before and each one was dented. But the scent is pure musky heaven. This can has a huge dent on the side, but it's not a gift, so...

I LOVE this bath cream and wanted to order it for Christmas gifts. The bottle is beautiful; however, both times I ordered, it arrived severely smashed on one side with huge dents (about 10) all over them. They literally looked like they were hammered and run over! One arrived in a larger box without outer damage so there is no way this wasn't noticed upon packing and was just sent anyway. The second replacement arrived in just a plastic bag just as damaged! I ordered these 2 days apart; the first one they sent the replacement (I have to return the damaged one) but after requesting to return the second damaged one they aren't offering to send a replacement and only offering a credit. So I have to return two damaged bottles and I don't think I'll reorder taking another chance it won't happen again. Lousy shipping and service! Beware.
