Instant relief, the moment I pulled it out the freezer and put it on. After about twenty minutes of bliss, I took it off and went back to my day. My headache stayed notable dulled for a few hours. Of course this probably won't cure your headaches/migranes in the long term, but my goodness does it feel good to be able to dull the pain when you need to. Highly recommend!

I originally purchased this when I had a sinus infection and was getting intense sinus headaches, but what really appealed to me was that it's supposed to help with migraines too which I suffer from frequently. Having a warm mask on your face when you have any type of headache is soothing, but it didn't provide any type of relief. I also wish there was some sort of band to help it stay in place. Besides that, though, it is very well made.

helps me when I go to sleep and when I have a migraine. the pressure on the eyes is soothing. I love that it has two different texture sides. one silky smooth for a cool feeling and the other soft fabric. no scent too which is good.
