Great gift for my dad.
I bought this for my dad. He always suffers with aches and pains so this was a much needed item for him. Heat level is great, massage quality is also good, I’m sure it helps his pain relief and I’ve not heard anything bad from him. I think he likes the portability of it, he has the sit on version which can be a little bit clunky, this is just the ticket.

Use on a weekly basis. It releases the tension in your neck that can be painful. The heat is temperature is not too hot and the different levels are very gentle on the skin.

Great but stopped working in less than a year
I loved using this! But then it stopped working in less than a year. Pretty disappointing.

Good value for the money. But the large ball was very deep on both sides where the two smaller ones were just rite. Four of us felt it’s a shame there wasn’t an option some how because it was too uncomfortable on the neck every time but on the back and flutes was good
