Simple here - everyone is different. But this works - for me. Hot flashes woke me up about 8 times a night. Barely fall asleep and another one. Kick off the covers, wait 5 min, snuggle under. Repeat all night long. After about 3 nights of these pills (one before bed) they lessened and now, two weeks later, stopped.This will not work for everyone - we are all unique and that's what makes us special - but at less than $10 it's worth a shot. I trust this company - my 2 cents.

I do not often remember to write reviews, but this product has been a lifesaver for hot flashes! I started getting them in earnest about 6 months ago, and went looking for natural relief. I take 2 sage at night (also recommend!) and two of these in the morning. Pretty much eradicated hot flashes for me! I know everyone is different, but I appreciate relief with zero side effects.

Didn't work for me at all & gave me a rash on my arms. I am giving 3 stars because the product worked perfectly for one of my coworkers. Try it to see if it works for you. You can't beat the price.

Product is amazing. Today I received my packages and the one was open. It would be great to have a new one sent that wasn't open. Besides that, the menopause is pretty good as long as I take one. I call it my happy pill.

So far this does what it says. The help with the hot flashes was very appreciated.
