Phone Wallet - Adhesive Card Holder - Cell Phone Pouch - Stick on Lycra Pocket by Gecko - Carry Credit Cards and Cash

I bought this for $12.95 in March of 2017. I have never accepted discounted products for reviews. I generally rate products like this: if the product works as advertised and the quality is in line with the price then I give it five stars tentatively, then deduct stars for usability.I usually refuse to buy products that have reviews that are for free products, so first thing I did was run this through Fakebook and then check to see that this product wasn't supported by free product reviews. It came back fairly clean so felt confident I could buy it.This product gets a five star rating, which is mostly good. But I almost gave it a three star rating, and I think if you read the reviews a lot of other people were a little frustrated with the same types of things I am--its a little looser than they wanted or expected but that's because its meant to be used with the RFID blocker, which means the pouch itself has to be a little bigger to accommodate it.I think it works as advertised--the adhesive is very sticky and it holds cards placed in it. Its a pretty simple product so there isn't a lot to go wrong. However--and this is where I guess I admit to misunderstanding what I was ordering, it's going to be a little loose if you just use if for one or two cards because its not designed like you might be expecting.My confusion came from the last time I had one of these types of things (I got it for free with someone's logo on it in a gift bag) and it seemed to hold the cards more tightly, and it could even hold one or two cards at a time. So I was kind of expecting that with this one. But upon more closely reading this description, this pouch is clearly designed not just to hold cards like your drivers license, but also an RFID Blocking cover for credit cards. So its really designed to always have something in it. And the picture shows a pair of headphones it it. So I certainly was expecting it to be basically the same as my last pouch, but that's due to me not completely understanding the description. So instead of me giving this three stars as a direct competitor to my earlier pouch I'm giving it five as a separate product that is meant to be larger and never hold a single credit card alone. For that purpose, it seems to be great, even if that's not what I wanted or expected.The description does say this is made of Lycra, which is very stretchy. For instance, the old one burst with the number of cards this one now carries easily. I don't know how many cards the average person carries, but this one will most likely accommodate your cards and more. As for the RFID blocking device--I don't use it, and even if I did I couldn't tell you if it works or not, since there is no real way to test or evaluate that. So its hard to take that into account for giving it stars.Would I buy this again? I mean for $10 its not a huge commitment, but I think if I bought another pouch I'd like to try it out beforehand for stretchiness and rebound ability of the pouch.

This is way better than the plastic ones that don't expand. I tore up the other one cramming too many cards in it. This will allow for expansion

I liked this pocket, but I wished they made the other style that I had before this one. The other design had an addition opening where I used to put an extra $20 for emergency, which was a separate pocket from the credit cards.

This product. What can I say about this problem except that it is AMAZING!!! I have always used plastic card holders that would rip or burst open if I try to put more than 3 cards. Not this one! I have stuffed so far, 5 cards, some cash, headphones, the phone stand that is included and even coins. In other words, I can fill this even more and it still won't rip. Nor does the fabric stretch out. What this means is that my cards are not going to fall out anytime soon. I have shaken my phone and dropped my phone and everything that I have put in that pocket has stayed where it should be, which is inside the freakin' pocket!The second greatest feature about this product is how cool it stays. In regular plastic or even leather pocket holders, the material gets hot and I am always afraid that it will heat my cards and actually melt them. Not only does the pocket stays cool, but it feels cool and I love that!One of my other biggest concern is that since it is a fabric material, it would get dirty or that it would absorb smells, like if I got to a restaurant, will my phone smell like the restaurant that I go to? The answer is no. The fabric has not stained or gotten dirty. Nor has it retained any smell. I am very pleased with this. The fabric remains clean and it feels wonderful!All in all, this is really the only pocket holder you should have. I bought 3 at first because of the reviews and from the company's YouTube video and I am so happy that I did.

Cannot recommend this card holder enough. I bought this holder 2 and a half year ago, and it's still in usable condition. I absolutely got my $10 worth out of this product!! I have removed it and put it on a different phone/case multiple times in 2 years, and it's still holding on very strongly. I've admittedly beaten the hell out of it weather it be the million times of taking cards out and putting back in, or stuffing it with more cards and money then I would have thought possible. It still holds my cards, and even still has the gecko on the front. I love it, and I'm only considering getting a new one, because I'm interested in the phone wallet with the ring on it! If I do upgrade, I will pass the one I have now to my dad, cause it's not ready for the trash yet! Trust me, all the other one are trash, this one lasts, and holds very well!!

My first attempt at using a compact "phone wallet" was this Gecko. Works pretty well for that, although I found it difficult to extract folded bills when inserted with 2 credit cards and my drivers license, which is sort of my minimum "carry" for a wallet. I decided to try another brand after using the Gecko for about 6 weeks. It was very difficult to remove the Gecko from the phone's battery case, it is SUPER sticky. Despite claims to the contrary it did leave residue, very sticky residue. The battery case on my phone (a Pixel original model) has a rubberized coating which may or may not have bonded with the Gecko more firmly. I was able to peel off the Gecko with great effort (pretty much destroying it) and a lot of adhesive remained on the case. I found I could clean off the adhesive using 99% rubbing alcohol I had on hand. It took some elbow grease to remove the residue with the alcohol but I got it off of there. I am now trying this other wallet, which has a little more space, a secure flap, and is easier to remove items from (the same amount and items mentioned above). Buen producto lo recomiendo, llego en tiempo y forma

Llevo comprando estos monederos desde hace 5 años y la consistencia de la calidad es impecable. Mi única queja es que no entiendo porque han separado los diferentes colores del mismo modelo, ya que se hace un poco difícil encontrarlos y saber cuales son los que están disponibles. Además de que personalmente no veo la necesidad de las tarjetas añadidas.Más allá de eso, lo recomiendo un montón. En todo este tiempo, en ningún momento se me han caído la tarjetas o he tenido ningún problema. Como el bolsillo cubre las tarjetas también, me aporta seguridad ya que no se rozan y no se sabe que tengo.La tela y el color se mantiene muy bien y una vez se pegan en las fundas, no se vuelven a mover. Super recomendable.

I was looking for something to hold a few credit cards/id that wasn't bulky and also had RFID blocking. To be honest, I was skeptical getting this plus the clear back cover for my Samsung S10. Previously, I had a bulkier phone case with RFID which I felt was a bit of a hassle when I ran and also didn't fit well into my jeans pocket (I hate carrying a purse). Anyway, I bought the clear back cover for my phone then the Gecko wallet. It works perfectly well. The wallet sticks on nicely and it's bulky. my phone is more lightweight now and fits into my pockets perfectly. I manage to keep 2 credit/debit cards and my license in it with no issues. I have had it a month and would recommend the purchase.

Decided to move away from my tattered leather phone case and try a phone sleeve/wallet alternative, this wallet was cheap and black, so it won my money.Glad I got it, because yeah it works super well for holding my credit card, license and money, but I find that with this wallet material on the back of the case, the phone doesn't slide or just jump out of my hand now.Basically the wallet provides extra grip on my Samsung J5 which is super thin, light and rounded, so so easy to drop!!The wallet I've had for a while now, no fraying, no peeling, pretty happy with it and saves some pocket space :D

Perfekt wenn man mal kurz mit dem Hund spazieren geht oder sich mit Freunden auf ein paar Drinks trifft.Von außen kann man nicht sehen was sich innerhalb des Gekos befindet. Alles bleibt drinnen auch wenn das Handy umgedreht wird. Die Tasche ist sehr kompakt und kommt nicht mit der Handykamera in die Quere. Sehr einfach zu handeln und hält.Ich finde es sehr praktisch und werde ein paar davon für meine Freunde zu Weihnachten kaufen.
