Motor did not come with shaft key or connections so I am left with no way to use this product.
I was looking forward to getting this motor but it did not come with motor connections or the shaft key so I am unable to use any of this.

Non-enabling, missing/useless accessories. Terrible value.
Packing was terrible. Both boxes were so badly pummeled inside the BAG they were shipped in, they resembled paper bags themselves. Useless pulleys we're included with the 10mm shaft version. They are NOT 17mm wide along any axis. The grooves are 12mm wide, sized for a 10mm belt. Who would use a 4kw motor with a 10mm wide belt? Even garbage boards with 1200W motors use 15mm wide belts. No key supplied for the motor shaft. Very short phase wires, would need to be extended for any conceivable use. These use the tiniest pitch connector for the sensor harnesses, which doesn't even mate with their OWN brand of ESC, and came with no sensor harness adapters. I've purchased 4 other Flipsky motors right here, all came with these critical adapters. Seeing as these were 70% more expensive than the Flipsky 190kv 8mm shaft 6374s I bought a year ago, I expected a LOT more. I've been ripped-off, but have no choice but to keep and adapt these, as I'm stuck with the old 30mm mounting pattern. (Newer models have only the larger diameter mounting hole circle.) HEY FLIPSKY! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER! Try to educate whomever makes these listings on what you sell!UPDATE: They ARE going back... Since the clip securing the shaft sits proud of the mounting face of the motor, it cannot be mounted flush to a plate unless the hole is larger than the circlup, or else it rubs on the plate. I have 2 choices: Either space the motor off of the plate, making the already too-short shaft even shorter, or ruin a pair of perfectly good $150 mounts. Either way the shaft would barely extend half way through a pulley made for 15mm belts. Useless. These should have been recycled years ago, not sold as new. The new version lacks the 30mm mounting holes, so is also a no-go for a Lacroix board.
