Clothes fit better and I feel slimmer
I am a woman in my mid-30s and in the last few years I have noticed that my metabolism has started to slow down. I increased my exercise and tried to be more mindful of what I ate but I still couldn't lose weight. I am only looking to drop 5-10lbs at most. I started taking Natures Science Slim about a month ago. I only take two pills a day, which is significantly less than the bottle says, and I have definitely noticed a change! My appetite is more manageable which is likely the biggest help. My weight has decreased by 3-4 lbs which is noticeable on my petite frame. Clothes fit better and I feel slimmer. I have ordered another package and am going to try to increase my doasage now that I am comfortable that I don't feel any side effects.
