Was not able to use on my iPhone or tablet that I have.....it was returned.

This was my first review:This battery bank is fundamentally broken. When you first receive your unit you will be shocked with the terrible packaging, and quite impressed with the premium build quality and look of the device. After purchasing this device I quickly regretted my decision. The product states that is is 15000mAh battery, yet, after charging my iPhone 6s plus once from 0% the battery bank went from 100% to 0%. Additionally, the battery is simply always on and gets quite warm when in use. Hands down the worst part of this product is it requires the included micro usb charger to charge. You cannot use any other better quality chargers. After I was done testing the product I realized I could no longer return it and so I recycled it.For complete transparency, Vinsic contacted me and offered to replace my obviously defective unit. After briefly correspondening with them I received a new unit! All is well, or so I thought. I first charged the unit up completely and hoped to take it out for a spin. After charging my iPad Pro and iPhone 6s Plus completely I unplugged the cables from the premium aluminum body and the front plate came with the cable! This was quite infuriating after finally getting a solid batter that has a decent LCD and esthetically pleasing body and it literally falls apart after the first use. I tried to reapply the panel with adhesive but the battery indicator no longer works. I appreciate the customer service and esthetics of the device; however both units I have received were defective, and met the same fate (the recycling bin).

This device rides around in my car everyday. I take it inside twice a week for recharging. Life without this useful power bank use to be a lot harder. All of my friends should have one.

I use it to charge my phone. It lasts forever!

This power bank holds a charge very well, but I literally have to hold the cord in while it charges or prop it in such a way that the cord won't fall out. If not held in some way, it isn't just loose, it drops right out. It's a shame because it would probably be a really good product if not for that. I bought mine because during the summer where I live, power gets knocked out quite often. I purchased it last fall, charged it, and when I just checked it, (following spring) it was still 100% charged. Because of the cord issue, I wouldn't purchase this again.
