Jin&Bao Air Conditioner Vent Hose, Portable Exhaust Duct with 5.9’’ (6‘’) Diameter, Counterclockwise Rotation, Length up to 78 Inches, Universal Replacement AC Hoses

My original exhaust hose (for Honeywell portable a/c model HL10CESWK) began disintegrating after several years. This exhaust hose is working perfectly as a replacement. This is for a 5.9" diameter exhaust hose, with a counterclockwise attachment, which is what my unit requires. Some units require a clockwise attachment (or a 5.1" diameter hose), so be sure to check the requirements for your particular portable a/c before ordering. This hose looks durable and well-made. It is very flexible and can extend to the same length as the original hose (59"), although I do not need the full length.

We have an old 2013 Delonghi portable AC whose hose finally crumbled last fall. As temps heat up towards summer it was time to take it back out and order a new hose.Don't be worried by Amazon's warning that this item gets returned a lot. I think it's most likely due to ordering the wrong size, which I also in fact did haha. Afterordering the correct 5.1" counterclockwise and not the 5.9" one, it works perfectly.If you still haveYour old hose before ordering this one really make sure to measure the diameter or check online for a user manual to your unit if you don't still have it.So far, quality seems nice and the length has been a blessing when it comes togetting our AC unit in the right spot. I wish I had found this years earlier!

The hose on my LG portable AC model# LP0711WNR, from about 2011, finally cracked and I’m so glad I found this one! The LG website and others wanted $80 to over $125 for a new hose or the whole set up. All I needed was the hose. All my current hose attachments and window panels were fine.Just wanted to mention that my LG portable AC had a product recall due to fire hazard. I luckily have had no problems with mine🤞, but if you have one, please be careful and observant with yours.I bought the 5.9” counterclockwise hose for this model. It fit like an OEM glove! It was easy to unscrew and remove the attachment from the old hose, and simply replace it onto the new one. Besides having to wipe down the dirt all over the attachments and wash my hands like five times, it took about 5 minutes to install the new hose and reconnect it back to the unit.

My original portable AC hose finally had a tear in it so I had to figure out how to find a replacement. The diameter is pretty easy to figure out. The hose direction was another story. I watched a bunch of videos and read through guides and literally none of them helped because they just mentioned what direction you need to turn the hose. The direction I turn the hose was “clockwise” so it was really confusing what part you have to look at to figure out which hose you need. The reviews also didn’t really help much since some people ended up having to return the hose because they got the wrong directional hose.I noticed one of the product images actually tells you what hose to buy. I twisted the hose caps off, expanded the edges of the old hose, and then matched it up with the product image. Based on the direction of the slant, the image says I needed to get a counter-clockwise hose replacement. When it arrived, I was able to twist the AC caps on without any issues. It fit perfectly.If your hose slant is / then you need counter-clockwise like me.If your hose slant is \ then you need clockwise.
