I bought this for my over weight dog. He's 12 years old today. Has short little legs and arthritis. This makes a great step for him to use to get up on the couch. Small enough that it doesn't take up a whole lot of room. Cheaper then buying those huge doggy steps. Just purchased a second one to use so he can climb up on a bench I also have in the living room. Ottoman is very attractive, sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. Well made and worth the price.

Even though this was a smaller sized stool, it worked very well, plenty of room for my feet and I was glad I didn't order one that was taller (it is uncomfortable getting your feet up after an abdominal surgery) . I used it post surgery, because I would not have been able to push the recliner back in place to get out. Stool was very light weight, but sturdy. I ordered the dark greyish one and It looks very nice. (The only thing I would recommend is to wear socks/ because my feet were rough and I didn't want to ruin the fabric) I would definitely purchase this again. Perfect price, folds up, has storage and doesn't take a lot of space in my living room. I actually liked this better than my husbands (his is taller and wider)

Whatever is in the cushion has a lot of dust/particulates in it, so make sure to shop vacuum and/or beat the crap out of it outdoors.Very sturdy and solid build for the price. Cushion is soft enough for a footrest. The dimensions are perfect for a footrest under the desk especially the depth which is only 10 inches so it doesn't get in the way.

But the stool as a stepstool to get into my raised bed in my dorm room. Definitely supports me without collapsing and works great for holding snacks. Don’t know about longevity of the stool, but so far I’m very happy with it and think that’ll work great for the remaining of school year.

I bought this, it was cute but too small to house my large throws. I returned it only on that note.

I was looking for a footrest for my office to set up. Saw this one and very excited - an ottoman that can be used as a footrest! Two birds one stone! I also saw the great reviews so I ordered it immediately.The ottoman itself is great. Very easy to assemble and the materials are decent. Not super high end but great considering the price tag. I'd say it's like a cloth material. The dimension is great for an ottoman - big enough for magazines and so and pretty deep so I can see it storing a lot of stuff. I am not sure whether an adult sitting on it for a long time would hold up... But it is sturdy enough for a child to sit on.Unfortunately, this was a let-down as a footrest, mainly because it is too high for a footrest. If you are using it for sitting on a relatively high couch, I think it will work but for an office chair, I found myself almost crouching when using this. Just for reference, I am 5'7 and this is just too tall. So this is a great ottoman, maybe a decent footrest, but definitely not a great footrest.

Liked everything about it. Atractive, secret storage compartment, fold up to store away,sturdy as a step stool or foot rest, and alow my old dog to get up on my bed again at night.

I’d definitely recommend this well-priced, sturdy ottoman. I bought the yellow - it’s soft in colour & the velvet adds a lux touch. Good price too.
