I have been using TENS units for years, and they are really effective for relieving muscle pain and knots. This is my second one; same brand and model. I had to buy a new one when we relocated to the UK - I'm still using the pads from my old one. Perfect size to carry in my pocket if I need to move around, the charge lasts forever, and the pads are still sticky after lots of use

Really like this unit, it's small and has a really good battery life. Easy to attach electrodes/pads, I also bought the specific carry case for it which I also like, keeps everything together. I found the instructions to be minimal, but very easy to figure out yourself, the leaflet text is very small, but instructions on Amazon are better. The leads are quite long, which is good, I usually (when at home) put the unit down the front of my dress, the pads are on my lower back and buttock for sciatica. The unit is surprisingly powerful for it's size, I was surprised by this as it is affordable and also very small/discreet. The pads are very sticky (I have had no reaction the the glue and I am sensitive to ordinary plasters, but ok with this) and are supposed to be reusable up to 30-45 times, I haven't used them that much, but still on my original pads after approx 20 uses. There is a second set of pads which I haven't yet opened. Replacements pads are easily bought on here (I have already bought some ready as I intend to use this machine a lot). All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is probably the best tens machine ive had. It's rechargeable so a lot easier that way. It's compact and easy to use, effective in pain management Pads are good quality. Only thing that would make it perfect is having a clip on it to clip to clothing if you don't have pockets would be handy.

Bought this as I had sciatica. Didn’t think it would do much as I am very sceptical about these devices, but after one use my back was pain free. First decent nights sleep I’ve had in a month. Will use it to supplement my stretches and exercising. Excellent buy, easy to use and comes fully charged. Well worth the money.

This little machine is fantastic. Have been suffering from a frozen shoulder for approximately 9 months in excruciating pain but this TENS machine has made such a huge difference and improvement to the pain management that I no longer require prescribed strong painkillers. It’s easy to understand and use with various massage settings.

Bought this for a recent bit of sciatica that was causing considerable discomfort, the device is small enough to fit in your pocket and the pads again of a discreet size so was able to go out and about with this on so I could go about day to day life and also have it on overnight to use if woken by the pain , its simple to use and has a wide variety of pressure treatments and intensity levels which go far higher than I needed. The instructions offer advice on where to place the pads for various issues and you also get a set of spare pads. The battery also last for ages and recharges in a very short time. I have used it for about 4 days now for probably 5 hrs a day and only got it down to 40% battery, it recharged to full within an hour or 2….. Also comes with a handy little carry bag to put all the bits in For the price this is an excellent bit of kit and is really helping to subdue the pain whilst I get through the issue, would highly recommend this. , money well spent and really happy

Got a 3 star as sends shocks. I think it weorks through distraction as pain normal when not on which was semi expected.... Made pain worse or should I say aching after use.... May be good for sdomething other than shoulder pain. Who knows.
