Good jack, good price, not quite tall enough
I bought this so I wouldn't have to rely on my car's factory-supplied scissor jack to work in the garage. It requires a lot of short pumps, but lifts the car smoothly and quickly. Learning the timing of the release valve to get the car to lower smoothly is a little tricky, but no big deal. Came well-package in it's own plastic case which was beat up, but only on the inside (??), while the jack itself was fine. The metal cover over the hinge points of the piston comes off easily and often, but I solved that problem by not jamming my body parts into the mechanism, which has worked out well so far. It's a low-profile jack, which was not a buying point for me (price was), but if you have a car with low ground clearance, this should fit. Rolls around easily, weighs a ton. Here's my only issue: It doesn't extend high enough for my purposes. Honestly, it never occurred to me that this would be an issue, but it will not raise my car high enough to slide the Torin T43006 3 Ton SUV Jack Stands (Sold in Pairs) I bought underneath the jack points of the car. I slid a couple pieces of 2 x 8 underneath the jack and got the job done, but then, of course, you have the added concern of the jack rolling off the boards during the process - not a good scenario. It's not really a failing of the jack - I should have checked - but consider this before you buy. If I had, I might have spent the extra money on the Torin T83006 3 Ton SUV Service Jack . Hmmmm. Christmas present for someone, maybe?

Works great - Case was broken on delivery
The jack works as advertised. I was able to jack up my Porsche and place on 4 jack stands. This Jack had plenty of power to lift a side of the car at once (albeit not all high enough to place jack stands under both front and back). The caster wheels do not align and roll when the jack moves and they skid along the garage floor, kind of a scary feeling, but it did work. I read reviews of it coming down too quickly, this is true with any jack if you open the lowering valve too fast... I did not have an issue with it coming down too fast, just slowly crack open the valve and the car settled like a feather. For a compact jack I really like this one. The case is handy although it came damaged and has several broken pieces, it will hold and secure the jack.

Jack w/Carrying Case
I have several bottle jacks and have always wanted a floor jack. After 40 plus years I finally decided to get one. I’m a shade tree mechanic and not afraid to tackle my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. This floor jack should be a lot of help when I need to raise the tractor to take off my blades or replace a belt. Did buy a couple of jack stands as well. Anxious to try this out. Seems well made and having a carrying case will certainly help not only store but lug it around.

Decent for a cheap "just incase" jack...
As stated in the title, it's alright for a jack which you may need just in case of a flat tire. It's certainly better than the "scissor" jacks, which come stock with many cars. Now, the bad. The jack, when used on a hill, would not be sturdy. As you pump up a few times, if on a hill, the jack can move and make a frightening creek. Even though it's a 2 ton jack, it had problems lifting my vehicle, which weighs around 3,200lbs. It's not very efficient, as in it takes more pumps than needed to jack up the car to a safe height. In summary, if you want to use a jack to do work on a car; such as brakes or suspension- stay away from this jack. Get a higher quality aluminum\racing jack, which doesn't cost much more, by the way.

Does the job well at a great price
This is great jack for the price. The low height is good enough to fit under my lowered car. Its not quite a low profile jack for the Spec Miatas, but it is good for the Mazda3 on lowering springs. The lift height is good. Lift if a little on the heavy side, but the handle is great and easy to use. It takes a long time to jack it up, but I am still rating 5 stars because the value. If you are buying this, you know you are not buying a repair shop or race shop quality jack based on the brand and price, but you still won't be disappointed.

Jacked Up
I used this floor jack the day I received it. The storage case is strong and the jack & pump handle fits right in and the lid closes & latches every time. No struggling getting it to fit right. The low profile is very nice. The jack is impressive. Very well built. I believe I can foresee that this floor jack will never need replacing or have any issues with. Very glad I purchased it.

I purchased this jack to be able to perform routine maintenance on my car, in my apartment building's parking garage. I made sure to bleed the jack and purge the hydraulic system of air before first use. There are instructions in the package as well as several YouTube guides on how to do this. I was able to lift my BMW E46 which weighs around 1,700kgs. Therefore this jack is more than suffice at raising one corner at a time. However, I did not feel safe raising the car from the engine jacking point raising 2 wheels. It managed the task but I did not feel comfortable doing so. Raising one wheel at a time using the car's jacking points/chassis rail felt safer for me. Of course, I used 2 x 2 ton jack stands - also made by Big Red - to support the car using the jacking points. I then used this trolley jack to provide secondary support on the jacking point under the front subframe just as a safety measure. I also placed wood blocks (around 20cm in height) under the front wheels as a third safety measure. I have used this jack about 9-10 times over the past month for various maintenance tasks, and it has held up extremely well. It's compact size means I can keep it in the boot without sacrificing too much trunk space. If you intend to lift both wheels (either front or rear) at the same time, or have a heavier car i suggest opting for a full size 3 ton shop jack instead, preferably low profile. These are significantly more expensive however. This jack not only has weight restrictions but also will not lift your car high enough for any job besides tire changes. My BMW E46 sits quite low to the ground and i actually had to use the factory scissor jack to raise it a bit in order to be able to slip this under the jacking point/chassis rail.
