I'm Impressed
I have been purchasing Panasonic (formerly a Sanyo product) Eneloop NiMH AA and AAA batteries for a few years. I have some that go back to at least the 2nd generation, and they have never disappointed me regarding performance in devices that don’t need a “hard” 1.5 volts to function. Shelf discharge rates are low, and so much better than NiCad there is no real contest.I purchased these Loopacell batteries because the price was right, and I liked the specs. Eneloops are great, but they are not inexpensive, so I took a chance.Initial charge out of the package was not that great, 40-60% according to my ZTS tester, but this was not a problem for me, because I would not use a rechargeable right out of the package except in an emergency.Using La Crosse Technology BC-700 chargers, both the AA and the AAA batteries went through a “Discharge” cycle. This runs the battery down, and then charges it. Doing this allows you to view the charge capacity in “mAh” the battery accepts.Bottom line, all of the batteries I purchased finished the initial discharge/charge cycle exceeded the advertised rating. One of the AAA topped out at just over 1,200 mAh. All of the AA exceeded the spec, most indicating over 3,000 mAh.All of these batteries exceeded the charge capacity of the Eneloops according to my charger readings. Shelf life charge retention, and the number of recharge cycles are unknown to me at this time, but the initial advertising seems to meet or exceed the claims.Update 8/27/2016These cells do not seem to retain as high a charge level when they are stored as my Eneloops do. The output is great after a charge, and run time is great, but after a month or two of inactivity there is a noticeable loss of charge when not used, they are far from being unusable or "dead," but the drop is higher than with the Eneloop cells. Right after a charge, these seem to provide a little more run time than the Eneloops, but shelf life is not as good.

Good battery but too big for some devices.
Pros: CapacityCons: SizeThese are good performance batteries but have a larger diameter than typical AA batteries, therefore I am unable to use them within all the devices I need rechargeable batteries in. I've heard that the eneloops are closer in size to conventional AA batteries.

good value
the cells were completely dead when I got them but that is to be expected. after hours of charging they are fully charged and holding it well. a good value

I waste money buying these batteries
I waste money buying these batteries. I decided to buy them based on lots of good reviews. The first time I used one of them for my PC mouse after a couple of days a got LOW BATTERY warning notice. At that time thought maybe it was happening because it was charged lightly by the manufacturer but the problem is the battery. After full charging it happened again. Same thing with the rest of them. Unfortunately for me I can't return them now because is more than thirty day. I Just tried them like three weeks ago

Excellent value alternative to Eneloop Pro batteries at half the price and similar performance
Fantastic batteries. I purchased a few Panasonic Eneloop Pro's and wanted to stock up on more but the price was just annoyingly high. Then I stumbled onto these and with a bit of cringing I gave them a shot. Well, they did not disappoint. I have used them in several different high-load devices and they have performed extremely well. From LED flashlights to a medical device, they just flat out perform. But the real test is in my Canon 600EX Speedlight camera flash. These batteries cycle the flash without any lag time, and I notice NO difference in performance between these and the Eneloop Pros. And while I didn't "bench test" them or do any kind of precision side by side laboratory test, at HALF the price I'm not going to bother! But the ultimate test was a recent accidental comparison experiment - I have 2 identical Yongnuo Speedlite Flashes that I was using side by side for product photography as additional slaves to my Canon. One of them had Eneloop Pros and the other Loopacell, and both sets were fully charged using the same charger. . . . and both flashes died at exactly the same time! That to me was the most helpful in demonstrating that these batteries are clearly the same quality as Eneloop Pro. I would definitely buy more of these batteries. In fact now that I think of it . . . click click. . .If you found my review helpful, please give me a thumbs up below (:
