This book is Volume 2 in a sequence (the first is "Prana and Pranayama"), and they're both VERY readable because of how clearly they were written. If you have any interest at all in this topic, they're both fantastic.

Nice lessons and practices.

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK IF YOUR LOOKING FOR EVEN MORE ADVANCED TECHNIQUES. THE AUTHER IS A MASTER GURU AND STARTS FROM THE BEGINING TO END WITH A LOT OF EXCERSIZES INCLUDED. THERE QUITE SIMPLY MAY NOT BE ANOTHER WORK OF THIS QUALITY.

Excellent companion book to prana and pranayama. Expands upon how energy flows through everything and everyone.
