Having had a back problem for many years - I use back supports regularly . Having mislaid my original support I opted to buy a new one but one that was not as bulky. I am size 8-10 and opened for a medium and need to wear this around my hips rather than waist .I need a support quite tight . This is not huge so if you are bigger person you would need a bigger size . The additional band on the back of the support stretches quite tight to make the fit better for me which ultimately helps with pain relief . Easy to use , not bulky and does the job I need

It's not as good as I thought it was going to be doesn't give me the support that I was hoping for, certainly not as good as my NHS one was wouldn't recommend

Hi everyone! I was pleasantly surprised when I used this product. I have tried many others, but nothing compares to this for the price. This band is very strong and stable, with durable Velcro. It stays in place and truly works!I have suffered from back problems for many years and have never found anything that supports me as well as this does. If you experience lower lumbar issues or any kind of lower back pain, I highly recommend this item. I recently worked for six hours without any pain, which is remarkable. I usually could only last about half an hour before needing to sit down and take pain medication. I can't praise this enough! I have since brought another two for friends so don’t mess around with the cheap ones or the most expensive ones as this does the job. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
