Out of date technology and too expensive
There is no USB connection to the unit. The AC plug with a bulky transformer is outdated nowadays, and it does not allow other AC plugs to be used for a wall AC plug due to its large transformer size. All connection RJ plugs do not fit all four accessibility simultaneously for doorbell, bed, and others. The price is outrageously high, and it is discriminatory against the deaf, hard of hearing, and disabilities, which we cannot afford. Do not buy these company products with a lack of their innovative mind.
