Battery pack expanded/outgassed upon charging.
The battery worked for a few charge cycles, then the entire pack expanded after one of the charges. This is with the factory charger that came with my quad copter. The original battery did not exhibit this behaviour.

1720 mAh Charged
After cycling this battery through my CIMA x8 12 times I still can get no better than 1720 milliamps about 10 minutes in the air if you're lucky.
