Unique and Amazing
I am a pastry chef, and my nephew is a chef. We both Love IT!! I use it in Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Cheesecake. It is a little different than using Powdered Ginger and I really like it.

Better than Nielsen Massey
I am very happy with my purchase. The extract showed up within a few days of the order. The shipping packaging was great; protected and arrived in perfect condition. The box that it shipped in could easily be used as a gift box. There was a beautiful stamp with the Ballard Extract logo on the inside, which was a nice touch.It is very obvious that when you smell the product that it is 100% natural. There is not the artificial smell you get from other Extracts. Another brand I have used in the past is Nielsen Massey; I would say the bottle and the look of this product beats NM hands down.Thank you Ballard Extracts!

Nice looking bottle
Nice looking bottle! Something I could leave out on my counter and it doesn't look hideous! I used it to make some nutella cookies, the vanilla was not overpowering and I did not taste the alcohol. I am not a big baker and don't use a lot of vanilla but I can tell that the quality of the bean is way better then my old standby Costco version.

Chocolate Vanilla and Ginger Extract
The Chocolate Vanilla and Ginger Extracts are my favorite extracts made by Ballard Extracts. The Chocolate Vanilla goes great in hot beverages as well as any recipe calling for Vanilla. Ginger goes great in my Molasses cookies and I like to splash it in my tea.

The lime extract is amazing and has a bold lime flavor. Worked wonderfully in a citrus sugar cookie recipe with lime icing. The packaging is beautiful, suitable for gifts. Great customer service and prompt shipping from Ballard Extracts.

I was very pleased the moment I opened the box
I was very pleased the moment I opened the box: the packing is so pretty, then the bottle and the label look great, kind of upscale look - would make a great gift to anybody. Then I opened them and smelled - absolutely amazing flavors (I got lime and vanilla). I am looking forward trying them in baking and/or cocktails.
