Actually now it says 75% cotton, 15% polyamide, 6% polyester, 2% rubber and 2% spandex

Truthfully I do not know! But they look really comfortable and overall helps a lot with slippery floors

The 6-12 month has been perfect for my 11 month old. We have used them since 9 months. I would go up a size because they fit well even if big and they will always grow into them.
