These Green Pan ceramic anodized pots are not only free of dangerous chemicals but they cook beautifully, with heat distribution and level heating, are resistant to scratches from metal utensils, and clean like a dream. Yes, they cost a bit more but isn't your health and your time worth a bit more?

I saw reviews that said that these pans are not compatible with induction ranges. They are compatible. I understand that reviewers can disagree on opinions about features and performance, but this is a question of fact. Do they work? They do work. No opinion involved. So I don't understand why some people would simply say they don't. I did get a kick about the pan boiling instead of sautéing or browning. Boiling is cooking food immersed in water, while sautéing involves cooking food in a small amount of oil. Sure, it is a problem if you don't get the oil hot enough. But the result in not boiling.They are good looking cookware. I have been using them for eggs, pancakes and bacon. I stopped making omelets years ago because I could never get them folded right. I always just ended up making scrambled eggs. With the GreenPans I am back to making omelets. I had to go to the market just to pick up more eggs and some omelet fixins.They are non-stick and easy to clean. I will not say how long they will last, but I am taking care of them. Preheat for 90 seconds and then add some oil or margarine. I use only plastic, wood or silicone. I clean them as soon as they cool with soapy water and a sponge. It has only been a couple of weeks, but I will see how they last. As of now, they are great. They look great and they work great.

The media could not be loaded. I want to start by saying I love this brand. The quality is impeccable!But this set I does NOT include a 2 qt pot… it is a 1.5 qt pot. That is the only reason I took a star away. I specifically purchased this set for the 2 qt pot (1.5 is not large enough for my specific need), and figured I’d make use of the additional larger pot.

A new electric stove with a ceramic top sent me searching for new saucepans. I like the weight and color. The 3qrt size is an unexpected pleasure (apparently my previous pans skipped this size — it’s been quite useful). I appreciate the hefty weight as well as the clean-up ease. The handle and lid do get hot but I can adapt. I’m happy with the purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS COOKWARE!!! After first washing - total rust. After a year, coating chipping off! I guess I am eating Teflon. All pots purchased are the same. AVOID these products!

I thought I was on board with this brand, but I am NOT! I purchased a family-size skillet, and not even a year went by, and the handle fell off. There were scratches everywhere, and it became unusable. I have this set and two other skillets. Everything sticks to the skillets. The saucepans do the job, but when I go to boil water with the lids on, the lids shake almost like they are going to explode. I do not use the lids for this reason. Disclaimer: I hand wash all my dishes and do not put them in the dishwasher. The saucepans are in the best condition out of all of the products I've purchased from Green Pan, but I would not purchase them again.
