Obsolescence 3 ans
Acheté en juillet 2020 en panne en juillet 2023 (Zoom permanent,réglage impossible) , comme la précédente (écran noir) de marque Samsung et de même dimension (32 pouces) qui n'ont pas dépassées + de 3 ans chacune. Le SAV ne considère pas ces pannes comme un problème conception ou d'obsolescence. Le cout de la réparation est plus important que l'achat d'une autre TV de marques différentes car pour le prix elles n'ont pas une durée de vie aux quelles on doit s'attendre pour de la qualité vanté par cette marque.

Pas de mode d'emploi en français
Le téléviseur met toutes les chaines en vrac et sans un mode d'emploi en Français je n'ai pas réussi à les reclasser. très pénalisant pour sélectionner les chaines.
