I'm 5"9, 160lbs, just began bodybuilding this Spring, and the small size that I ordered fits perfectly.The short's length comes down to about 1.5~2 inches above the top of my knee cap, showing enough of my under developed quads lol.I tried squatting with them on and while the shorts hug my thighs as I squat, it doesn't restrict my range of motion at all.And the shorts fit snug on my waist.Overall, pretty darn happy!
