If you are 5" or less you will want the micro.Comes with sand paper to smooth out rough sides (Definitely suggest doing that.).Very comfortable to wear and not very noticeable at all under normal clothing. Might need to lotion up to slide on but I did not have any issues myself so no lotion needed here, I'm clean shaven so I'm sure that helped. :) I don't wear it for very long periods of time so I cannot speak to comfort over days but certainly seemed easily doable.
