Love the bulbs. It took a few uses to adjust to the color, but now unless I am doing something that requires accurate color (painting/artsty stuff) I actually halfway forget that the light is green. Some people might always notice the green because it really is green, but I find it rather pleasant and can have the room much brighter then normal, which makes other tasks easier. I actually have one whole set of overhead lighting using them, which like I said took a few uses to adjust to because it gives a bit of a greenhouse feel till your eyes adjust but I love it. Then the other set of overhead lights I of course left regular bulbs in, so the rest of the family can switch to normal lights or when I have color sensitive tasks. I can only speak for myself, but for me personally, they do help avoid photosensitivity and it is nice to be able to have brighter lights on. There was a shipping glitch but the seller was very quick in fixing the problem and I will be ordering from them again.

My husband bought this for my computer/work desk because I am sensitive to light and get plenty of migraines.At first I didn't like it, it was different and bright. I persevered and continued to use it (except when I do nail extensions) and came to like it. The light didn't trigger any migraines so I kept using it today and so far its been a month or three. It is kind of fun because when I look away from my green desk area everything looks shades redder until my eyes adjust. I will continue to use it as long as it doesn't cause any problems

I think it's a good idea and relaxing. Wish it worked for more than 19 hours. I contacted the seller. I hope they can send me another one.

I have been suffering from migraines for years. In the last year, my eyes have become so sensitive to light that I get shooting pain in my eyes along with a dull ache whenever I am exposed to light, regardless of how bright it is.. The only way that I could get any relief was to live in a blacked-out room.One day I was trying to learn more about how light affects migraines and my search turned up these bulbs on Amazon. At that point I thought "what do I have to lose?"BEST THING I EVER DID!Literally, I felt relief the instant I turned on this light. My eyes calmed down and the pain receded.I put this light in my home office. It allows me to work all day AND be able to see my keyboard and documents. I am even re-started reading for pleasure.This lamp was so helpful I bought another for the bedroom 4 days later.One might think that this light bulb is expensive. I see it as great VALUE. It provides a refuge from eye pain better than all of the expensive medications I tried.

I'm amazed that there are people that are actually getting migraine pain relief from one of these bulbs. I didn't have a migraine at the time when I tried it out, but is was so bright and the color so garish that it CAUSED a headache, including eye pain, when I turned it on. So I think it's pretty safe to say that it wasn't going to have a positive effect when I do have a migraine.

It doesn't bother My wife when She has migraines! It's also nice to have on in general.The room seems dark yet you see thing clearly at the same time. I like 😍 t as much as She does!
