Great product, does exactly as advertised.
I really like this phone holder. It's a great, good quality gadget. It fits my car perfectly, which is difficult because the power outlet is recessed and other similar products I've tried don't always fit. I love how it's easy to rotate to and from horizontal mode to vertical mode. There are two USB outlets in the base, which is awesome because then I can have my phone charging from there--I purchased a 1 foot power cable for my phone, so it's a nice clean look. The snake neck is pretty good--you can adjust the phone to your desired position easily.The only issue I experienced is that sometimes the weight of my phone tilts the holder so it doesn't always stay exactly where I put it. I think it the base was a TINY bit wider it wouldn't move.I would definitely recommend this product, I really do like it.

Garbage
Worked great at first but after a couple of months use the base that goes into the lighter starts loosing internal grip and the whole thing starts to tip over. Ended up buying a holder that slides into the CD slot from China for $10 including shipping and it works 1000 times better than this. Granted it doesn't charge the phone but it'd expect this car mount to last more than a couple of months for the price.

Love it! Wish they'd tweak a couple of design features
I much prefer this to the model you stick in your car's air vents, which I had to constantly fiddle with and which constantly fell off. Positives... It holds my iPhone 6 Plus securely. The sightline is conveniently located. It's easy to use. Negatives... Because of the U-shaped holder at the bottom, I can't use my headphone jack to handle a phone call while using it. The included cable doesn't work for iPhone 6.

is the BEST cell phone gadget I have ever had the pleasure
We have looked at many phone gadgets for the car, even purchased several, only to discover they were junk. The were either difficult to use, would not work at all or would break or fall apart with in the first week.This, however. is the BEST cell phone gadget I have ever had the pleasure, (none in the past were a please), to own! It is well very made and very functional. It does all that it claims to do and then some. It is constructed of a heavy material and will last. We have order more for all of our personal vehicles and are considering equipping our company fleet with them as well! Well worth the money!!! I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Nice Phone Holder
I've only used this for short drives so far. I am giving it 5 stars at the moment but will change that if needed after I use the item some more. It does shake a little but that's because my 2016 Mazda6's cigarette lighter lets it. The neck is very stiff and strong and I don't think it would shake much if my vehicle would be a little more sturdy. It is not as long as I was thinking it would be and doesn't bring it as high in the air as I was hoping but it's not really a problem in the end. It holds my phone nicely and I don't think it will ever slip out and I like to be able to change my phone from portrait to landscape.

I wanted to be stronger ,to turn it and stay wherever i put it but it's a bit loose,but when i see my hands is free now without nothing on it o say yes it's a 5 star anyway ,because i don't like when customers be looking at my whole phone screen 😀😀

Nothing wrong with it and will probably work okay for someone who has a cigarette lighter in the old fashioned place, on the front dash, however mine is in the armrest. To plug it into the armrest, it is not long enough for me to see it or reach it. I needed one with a longer mount because by the time I plugged it into the armrest, there was not much left for it to straighten out so I could see it. Not their fault, I should have noticed where my cigarette lighter is before I ordered it.
