First, the product itself is great! Our kids ages 3 and 7 both love it and it provides hours of fun for them. Second, the seller provided fantastic customer support when our bounce house developed a hole, they sent us a brand new one no questions asked. This was after a few months of purchase. Very impressed and grateful for awesome customer service!

The quality is great, very easy to setup. Unbox, unfold and the blower inflates in less than 10 seconds. The water hose and sprinkler head work good and is simple to add and connect. The blower works well surprisingly quite imo. The house is not overly gigantic and is easy for one individual to handle. I live in AZ I had it out on a 102 degree day full exposure and the house didn’t feel to get hot so that was a plus for days without water. The splash pool holds water very well and takes about 3 hrs to fill with low to medium pressure adjusted at the water valve. I turned off the water at that point. I have 3 and 5 yr olds that played non stop for 3 hours straight so it was perfect timing 🙂 to call it quits. Drying might be the only thing annoying But it’s not that bad-this is how I did it: I Deflated let water run off, raise one end to help speed up and remove any lingering water, inflate ran the blower for a few hours to push out water, deflate and propped it off the ground with chairs and saw horses let it sit overnight inflated the next day for an hour to be sure it was dry-You definitely don’t want water trapped that can cause mold when having it in storage. The media could not be loaded. I looked for weeks at bounce houses. I settled on this one for the actual bounce house in the rear and the slide. My little loves to jump. The water feature was an added bonus!! We've had it about 2 weeks now, it's may and warming up and it's held up great. It comes with the blower, tubes for water and patches. I def recommend if you have a couple little kids as it does have a weight limit of 99 lbs per kid and only 4 at a time. I love being able to bring my little one outside with something to do after that long winter being pent up. Oh and set up and take down takes just a few mins!!

The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this for 2 years and love it! The last 2 summers it’s been used almost daily by my kids and many neighborhood kids. I’ve had to make a few minor repairs to it. Would definitely buy again!

This was fun for our grand daughter but ripped after the first use. I contacted Joymor and they sent a replacement immediately. I can respect that.

Within hours of opening, the seam at the bottom of the slide came apart. However, JOYMOR was quick to offer us a replacement slide, and so far we are very happy with our new slide. It supports our kids aged 7 and below, is surprisingly easy set up and tear down, and isn't overly big, fitting nicely in our small yard. Partly thanks to the awesome customer service, I would happily purchase from this company again.

This is not too large to put in your back yard . The kids had lots of fun and we kept hearing “ this is so much fun “ from the kids. It has a s hug allow pool for toddlers too. The kids have already used this 6 times this summer with no issues. The only thing is that water seeps through the inside. So, when closing it to put it away you need to fold properly and make sure whatever water that is inside is pushed back out.

Kids are having a great time with this.
