I use mine walking and it works well. Comfortable and adjustable. I have jogged with it and stays in place.

I was going to return this because I felt it was too heavy. Since then, tariffs were announced and the replacement cost would be much higher, even to buy a lighter one. While it's a bit much for walking as it's nearly 20% of my body weight, it's perfect for weighted exercises at home such as lunges and squats without straining my wrists. As for walking, I found a great deal on a dive belt with several removable 1 lb weights and it's less stress on the spine. I reviewed that item in my other reviews. As for the smell, it smells just like my neoprene surfing wetsuits. It doesn't bother me but it bothers someone else in the household who never wears wetsuits.

My doctor suggested this. I use it on my daily walks and like it is hands-free.

This is a great vest. The weight is distributed beautifully. However, the way the straps are with the double straps in front. The upper strap goes directly across the breast. And it’s very painful. This vest would be perfect for a man to wear. If you’re a very tall woman, it might work for you. I am 5 foot two.

This vest does seem to pull your shoulders back instead of forward making it work well to not mess up my posture. I have been using it on the treadmill walks and it definitely takes more work but i can walk slower if I chose and still get a good workout. Not very flattering but great for how I exercise.

I was really hopeful that I would like this brand of weighted vests because I loved the color but I had to return it. The smell was not that bad when I opened up the package but as I wore it for my treadmill walk, it just got worse. It is also uncomfortable at the collar bone. I have a vest from another brand that molds to the collar bone. Returned and purchased from the brand I had used before.

Got this vest for my momma to workout in and she loves it! She’s in her 60s and she uses the vest to go on her walks and bike rides. I will be getting on for myself as well💓I got the 18 lbs for her

It leaks little beads everywhere! I can hear them dropping while I walk- especially inside. I tried to send it back, but I am 10 days outside of my return window. It’s disappointing because I like the fit and the weight. Overall- wouldn’t recommend this vest.
