Buyer beware
This product worked great for the first 30 days until it's warranty ran out now there are parts breaking off, the arm doesn't work and I'm left with a $270 paperweight. Tried calling the company and their phone is now disconnected.

Best machine for the money
Excellent machine for the money and worked better than expected. Solid construction and easy to use. Was able to press out over 200 patties in an hour on the first try.
