The original Sony headset ear pads lasted a little over a year. I was happy to find that this were available. With the other good reviews, it made it an easy choice. I am happy they positive reviews were right.If you are in need of replacements, these are a good choice. It took only a few minutes to replace them. They fit perfectly. Very good price. Well worth a full 5 stars!

overall great replacement pair, was afraid i got the wrong size because was not super easy to put both on, however there’s an orientation to it and once you get that it isn’t so bad. quality is great. will be buying again when these finally run their life span. haven’t replaced my old ones since 2017, can you tell? ahaha

ORIGINAL REVIEW (April 1, 2021)I have the h.ear MDR100ABN headset in charcoal black. The color I bought was the black ear cushions.I just received mine so durability won't be included until after 3 months of use (unless they don't last that long.Packaging is a simple ziplock bag. No instructions or tools included. That being said, removal of the old ear cushions was fairly simple and can be done with a plastic pry tool, or a butter knife if that's all you have around. The cushions are held onto the headset by clips (which are very sturdy so need to worry about breaking them).The replacement cushions look and feel almost identical to the factory installed ones. The foam does seem a little softer though. The fit is perfect and so far I've found them just as comfortable to wear as the originals. For the price, this is a very good buy and I highly recommend. Will update this review about the durability later.UPDATE December 31, 2022:It has now been around 20 months months since I started using my headphones with these on and they have deteriorated (see last image). I haven’t used them as frequently as I used to, so if I used them daily, I suspect it would have fallen apart several months sooner. For this reason I have removed 1 star.Still, the other replacement options available seem to be identical but more expensive, so this is still a good buy. You’ll just have to buy them frequently if you don’t intend to upgrade your headphones anytime soon

I wish I read the 1 star reviews before purchasing. As many others have said, this is not compatible with Sony WH-H900N. Maybe it works fine for other models, but if you are looking to replace Sony WH-H900N ear pads specifically, do not get these.They do not 'click' into place and fall off the headphones at the slightest touch. Since they don't fit well, the sound quality is also not great. No noise cancellation whatsoever. If you don't care about sound quality or general appearance, you can duct tape these onto your headphones. Just don't wear them in public because everyone will hear what you're hearing.
