Best hair straightener
This is a very well made product. If you follow the exact instructions it's very easy to add the water with the dropper and use the steam function. I really like the fact that you have options to put the temperature on low heat temperature control. Also it really does work if you wait for the appliance to heat up all the way before you turn on the steam. I also think the black metallic color is snazzy and looks professional. My hair looks professionally done, but I did it!

Expected More!
THIS PRODUCT WOULD BE GREAT IF IT WASN'T JUST A REGULAR FLAT IRON. THE SMELL AND ALL. THAT IS WHY I SWITCHED TO STEAM. THE HEAT TEMP AND ON/OFF BUTTONS ARE IN A DANGEROUS PLACE. I WAS BURNED FOUR TIMES. THE WATER PART IS USELESS. LIMITED STEAM. NO PERKS AT ALL. GLOVES,ARGON OIL,HEAT REST PAD ETC.. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS FLAT IRON AT ALL!!

Great straightener, great price
Great hair straightener. Easy to use and leave my hair silky and, of course, straight. Only downfall is that it is very difficult to see the water level in the water compartment

Good steam iron. Needs new fill bottle.
This is a good steam hair straightener and the steam really does a good job of straightening in one pass. I do think the steam causes hair color to fade faster. The one major flaw is the plastic water fill bottle. The nozzle is too fat and filling is a major pain and you have to clean up water afterwards. I bought a hobby syringe to fill the reservoir and it works great!

Heats up well.
This straight iron works great. Great for 4c and 4b hair. It gets really hot. The steam is a great way not to damage your hair. It does turn off every 30 minutes so you won't accidentally leave it on. Not a problem for me. I definitely recommend this.
