I like it. Very soothing. Very easy to assemble and I thought cord was long enough.Works great in my Lazy Boy recliner and bed too. I would recommend it especially for seniors.

Excellent product! Straight forward instructions on the manual and App interface. Variety on the modes with 5 different ones, that provide personalized massage sessions. You can absolutely feel how the tension melts away! Choosing which body areas to target and the intensity of the massage as low, medium and high. Makes it so simple to get the massage experience you desire! Also de pillow with shiatsu massage can be turn on/off as desired. In addition you could decide if turning on/off the heating and be used independently of the massage. So far, after first time use, happy with the purchase and the money invested on it. Satisfied customer!!

It's more of a gentle vibration than a deep tissue experience. The detachable shiatsu section is the best part of this device. It truly massages my back. I place it behind different parts of back and it works very well. The mat section is okay but it mostly vibrates and pulsates. Not much of a massage but it’s comforting.

There is nothing I don’t like about this product, it’s heated, neck massage back and forth around your neck, and if you position your shoulder the rollers will do it job amazingly and the neck massage is heated or not depending on your choice. For the mat it’s heated also, it’s vibrating a few different ways. If you need something to help you relax and it doesn’t cost a lot this product is perfect. Overall, everything is what I need for the low price. It’s affordable and help me relaxing. It’s light, easy to put away simply roll it and there is a belt to hold it in place, it’s can fit someone 6 feet high, the neck roller is gentle but work just right. For the price it’s just right. Seriously it’s worth every penny. I work at a salon and we have lots of massage chair but still wait until I get home to lay on my mat to relax. Thanks for the great products and the price is super low.

Item is good just not strong enough to make a difference for my back. On hi and with heat for 30 minutes I had a slight relief from my pains.Percussion gun seems to work best for me.

My husband is very picky when it comes to these types of products, but he is in love with this one. He especially loves the massage pillow. I don't think I'll get him out of his chair any time soon.

I like the neck massaging pillow. I wish the cord was longer on it. I'd like the opportunity to be able to use it detached while using the rest of the mat. It would also be more convenient to control the pillow from the remote. I like the general concept of the mat portion. It is just a vibration (which I knew before I purchased.) I do wish the heat would reach 140° rather than 131°. I would also like the ability to see a "low, med, high" setting for the heat. I thought the heat was able to be adjusted to my needs, but it doesn't have that feature. I don't think the "5 pre-set modes" are necessary when there's already the option to control which body part(s) can receive the vibrations. Yes, you can set the vibration to all 4 body regions (shoulder, back, lumbar, & legs) to occur simultaneously. It would also be nice to have an hour or two-hour auto shutoff rather than the 15 or 30-minute. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase!
