SKLZ Reaction Belts Partnered Breakaway Trainer

These belts are very useful for partner training. I use them with personal training clients of all ages. The multiple lengths add variety to the workouts.

It's not perfect or ideal for me but they are built well and durable for the most part. I've been using them a lot for the last 6 months and they are still in good shape.

No complain! Good quality and very fun. It's perfect for training to sports like soccer, basketball or even an trail run.

I recently inflamed my TI band (band runs on the outside of your leg from hip to ankle) After a 3-week break from running, I still felt weakness in the knee especially for lateral motion.As part of my physical therapy I started re-training my knee for lateral motion with a soccer ball but I could not get the workouts to get intense enough nor were they fun. The SKLZ Reaction Belts were a lifesaver. I got a buddy to help train with me and the reaction belts really helped focus me away from the pain and pushed me a little further. Plus the competitive nature of the exercise was a lot of fun!The kit is well constructed in nylon and comes with 3 sizes of breakaway belts - 4ft, 7ft and 10ft.
