My Recipes Recipe Binder Paperback – May 1, 2012

I did a lot of research on this book on other sites prior to purchase. I like all of the different tabs, the size of the book (it's pretty big) and the overall makeup. However, the book arrived in not the best condition. The inside came ripped, the divider tabs bent and the back inside corner is messed up, also. It's too much of a hassle to return it, and not awful enough where I can't make do, but it was pretty disappointing for it to arrive already messed up. Also, the paper for the recipes is really thin! I expected a thicker stock paper but this is like computer printer paper, so I am going to go through it quickly as writing on the back won't work well with such a thin paper. Otherwise, the book serves its purpose, and the folders and dividers are good.

Beware that if you decide to return this the seller charges a 50% restocking fee, which is outrageous. The binder turned out to be too small for the many recipes I wanted to use it for so I sent it back only to be refunded half of the price I paid. It's very cute and I would have loved to have kept it, but it wasn't practical for my needs, not something I should be charged $12+ for. Not impressed with seller at all.

I really like this binder. It is indexed and on the back of each section there is a pocket for loose recipes from a newspaper, online printer, etc.It makes finding tried and true recipes very easy.

Cutest book ever. Total of 40 pages, each sectioned. More than 40 places for recipies though. I bought protective sleeves to cover the pages because they are so cute

Very very poor quality. I recieved a binder which was torn in the outside and inside.

The binder is attractive enough, but it should be stressed that you will need to order some plastic sleeves separately if you want some. Based on some of the reviews here, I was under the impression that there were some sleeves coming with the binder. That is not the case. You're getting a 3-ring binder, some tab separators for the various categories, and some blank sheets of paper to write recipes on by hand. That's it. I would also add that the binder cover is not plastic or spill-resistant in any way, so it's probably best to keep it well away from any place where food is being prepared. I'm very disappointed, mostly at myself for not asking pointed questions before I ordered it.

really lovely recipe binder just a shame that its slightly too small to fit A4 pages properly. the fact that its a 3 pronged binder is a little problematic if you want to add your own recipes. could do with some more pictures (i.e of inside parts) before purchase!! Otherwise, pretty happy with it!

I took the binder out of the package today and began putting my recipes into the binder and the entire spine ripped and detached. This is absolute horrible quality. Very disappointed.
