French Angora Yarn (801 White)

This is gorgeous yarn but I was expecting 45 grams which is 0.01 pounds as listed on the site. The skein is actually 5 grams. If it wasn’t so expensive, I would have ordered an additional 8 skeins for my project. I’d thought that perhaps it was seconds so the reduced price for 45 grams. Unfortunately, it was an error on Amazon’s listing according to the seller. I did get a refund when I returned it.

Best Angora that I have found. Yarn heavier than some and easy to work with. Makes Santa's beard really stand out.

This angora yarn is not as soft and fluffy as Angora can be and it is not as white either. The yarn is thin and the ones that arrived with the order were not a pure white; the tone was a very light brown eggshell or light cream.

Used it for santa's beard and snow effect on Xmas Stockings. Used brown for Rudolph.
