I've been taking these gummies for almost 6 months now and have found them really helpful for reducing bloating post-meals. I get IBS and wanted something to help with that horrible bloating feeling after big meals. I think how you take these is the trick! The brand recommend taking them after eating, so I take 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner. Sometimes I only take one a day, after lunch. This works well for me - reduces bloating, tastes nice and reduces sugar cravings. If you only take one a day you get less vitamins but means the tube lasts longer too! I've seen some evidence that they help you maintain/lose a bit of weight, but that might be an illusion as you always look thinner when not bloated! But I didn't really notice those effects until I'd taken them for a while so you'd need to stick with them for a few months to visibly see progress.

Won’t buy again! I switched to these from tablet form which stinks of vinegar. These have a similar smell but less of it. Taste is kind of strawberry but you can taste the acidity from the vinegar. Hoped for better and they’re all stuck together, so even if I didn’t want to take 2 together, sometimes I have no choice!**EDIT**After putting the above review I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund. I was very surprised by this as there have been 1 star reviews that sellers have just ignored because they get their money and don’t care about customer service. I have added an extra star just for this company’s messages back and forth to me. They really seemed to care about their product and the customer enjoying it.I will say, despite the above review, I am still taking the gummies, as they do help with my acid reflux issues and have helped me lose some fat around my tummy area. I just don’t care for the taste or smell and feel that these are personal preferences more than they are dismissing the product. Based on reviews I read about the gummies, I did expect them to be better tasting and not to have any smell of vinegar, but that hasn’t been the case and because of that I was not thrilled. The customer care from the seller has been amazing and I will say I would buy from them again as they are a rare commodity on here.

I like the taste of these, just like apple sweets, and the ACV definitely helps digestion, but I have also been taking these for the vitamins. I've be taking them for a few months, however I just had my bloods done and for some strange reason my vitamin b12 is reduced and I've been put on tablets by the Dr. I though taking these should have been enough, but clearly it isn't, and I've never had recuded b12 ever before so it's a bit odd so only get it now I was taking these supplements.

I purchased this for general health purposes. It's my first bottle so not sure if I feel any difference yet. The gummies taste nice and not too strong. When you try it the first time you might find the apple cider vinegar taste slightly strong but as you keep taking it you'll get use to it. Good product over all and I will definitely be purchase again.

These are so easy to take and although smelling of vinegar taste ok I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks but I believe the b12 is helping my lack of energy and making me feel generally better
