Works well making homemade scones and biscuits

I bought this to use as a main ingredient in making my own cold porcelain crafting clay. It did the job well. I haven't used it in cooking yet, but it is clear to see by the texture that it is good quality. I will definitely be using it in my home made stews and soups. The tub was bigger than expected - I did order a slightly larger tub, but it was a nice surprise that it was bigger than I thought! It came in a little plastic tub, with a lid and there is a useful carry handle. The cornstarch will cloud up if you are not careful about how you remove the lid, so be mindful about that! Over all I am very happy. Value for money is excellent, it's good stuff! Arrived quickly too. Very pleased, thank you!

Takes forever to dissolve. You need to add liquid gradually and stir like mad! NOT the makers fault its how xantham gum is.
