My husband bought me a Dyson 5 years ago,,,,,then another 2 years later...they both now sit in the closet NOT WORKING! Used them for kitchen and dining room only so its not as if they were overworked! Calling Dyson for last month is impossible with COVID...no one answers and no chat available so I had to guess what battery "$100.00" to get because serial number is difficult to find and it still doesn't work! $1000.00 on 2 Dysons in closet not working! Researched this Samsung LOOK NO MORE! This is an amazing stick vacuum for a much better price....Looks are gorgeous and performace off the charts with minumal weight, wonderful maneuverability, easy clean dirt container, battery holds it's charge up to date with technology has 2 speeds and also extra attachments if desired! Love this vacuum!!! Waaaaaay Better in every way than a Dyson! Just sayin........

I have mainly hard floors with area rugs. I needed a lightweight stick vacuum that would pick up pet fur and stray kibbles, bits of dirt and straw from garden. This does the job quite well. I love that it has adjustable suction and can come apart to be handheld. The small power driven tool is much better than a turbo driven tool for cleaning upholstery. Note there is no room for this tool on the wall mounted storage unit (I keep it in a closet nearby.)The assembled stick vacuum with powered floor tool weighs about 6 lbs. all together and is not too hard to manuever. I like that the regular floor attachment is small enough to sit on each stair step. It is not ideal for rugs as it does seem difficult to move on my thick tightwoven, rugs. Also, when you take the tube off, the dirt cup is right next to the intake tube making it a bit difficult to aim without using one of the attachments. A BIG plus is the wall storage. I have it mounted to the wall in a hallway right next to the stairwell and the back door. I can plug it in until it is charged while it hangs there, handy for use. The battery has worked fine for me as I use it mainly in short intervals for the stairwell and small debris pickup. Emptying the cup is a bit more complex than some models. You unhook the dirt cup assemply by pressing a button and tipping it outwards and down. Then you must remove a small washable filter and set it aside, then you twist off the metal screening device to enable you to empty the cup. It is not difficult but not as easy as some other models. I am pleased with this purchase.

The vacuum is very light, the suction is excellent so good that when on high power it is hard to push. Not the best on carpet, it’s ok on throw rugs but a little hard to push. On hardwood floors it’s good I have three dogs and it does a good job. On regular power the battery will last about thirty minutes, on high fifteen to twenty minutes. So far it’s been the best cordless vacuum I purchased.

I researched my next cordless vacuum on Consumer Reports, and this one showed rated well and tested very well. I previously had a Dyson and that just died. They are not worth the money, and the battery is dismal.I was impressed by how easy it was to come straight out of the box and ready to go. It really was just a matter of attaching two pieces. It was super quiet sounding. The ability to change speed easily at the thumb was nice. The battery life lasts long on medium mode for going around the house getting debris and dog hair. I really don't need to use the high power suction much, which drains the battery faster. It's easy to empty. The only downside is that it's not as wide as the Dyson, maybe just an inch or two smaller. Overhaul, just as consumers rated it, it's the best cordless stick for the money and very well built. Highly recommend

I was hesitant to order this vacuum because of the reviews on the short battery life. But this has not been a problem; it can be recharged quickly. I love the light weight and the suction is terrific. I have a little 'pig pen' fuzzy dog who goes in and out and comes back in the house with garden/yard debris stuck in his fur and it drops all over the house. The stick vac sweeps it up quickly and easily. I use it for fast clean up daily. Love it! DY

I was planning to buy a Dyson V15 but it was out of stock and I didn't really want to spend $700... So I checked out the Consumer Reports on cordless stick vacuums and this one did well. Plus it wasn't made in China. I purchased it and was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail in the design - very practical and functional. Strong suction. Very good attachments. Convenient wall charge and storage station. And the battery is removable, should you need to replace it. I've used lots of Dyson cordless stick vacuums and love their design and function too, but I have to say - I think this unit may have converted me to a Samsung stick vacuum fan for the long run. Excellent!
